1.Our mission

XAOC is built to help exchanges, custodians, and other institutions meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CFT) obligations on the DEXPACE blockchain through Know-Your-Transaction (KYT) monitoring, address risk scoring, and policy-driven controls.

2.Standards we design toward

XAOC is being designed with reference to widely recognised AML/CFT frameworks, including:

• FATF Recommendations, including Recommendation 16 (the "Travel Rule") for virtual asset transfers.
• Sanctions regimes such as those maintained by OFAC, the EU, and the UN.
• Singapore's AML/CFT regime as administered by the relevant authorities.

References to these frameworks describe our design intent. They do not imply endorsement, certification, or approval by any authority.

3.What XAOC does

• Scores and monitors on-chain addresses and wallets for risk.
• Screens transactions against sanctions and watchlists.
• Traces source-of-funds and source-of-wealth across transaction flows.
• Applies configurable policies to restrict, hold, or block high-risk transactions.
• Maintains audit logs to support reporting obligations.

4.Shared responsibility

XAOC is a tool that supports compliance programs; it does not replace them. Each institution remains solely responsible for its own regulatory obligations, licensing, internal controls, customer due diligence, and reporting. Decisions to onboard customers or process transactions remain with the institution.

5.Development status

XAOC is currently in development and operates against the DEXPACE testnet. Capabilities, coverage, and performance described on this website are targets and are subject to change before any production release.
